TERMS & CONDITIONS The Feminine Frequency by Sofie Raun Last Updated: June 2026 Welcome Welcome to The Feminine Frequency. Thank you for choosing to practise with me. Whether you are joining a Kundalini Yoga class, a women's circle, a sound healing, a private session, a retreat, or another offering, my intention is to create a space where you feel safe, supported and inspired. These Terms & Conditions are designed to create clarity and transparency for both of us, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy your experience. By booking or participating in any service offered by The Feminine Frequency, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Bookings All bookings are subject to availability. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received unless another agreement has been made in writing. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during booking is accurate and up to date. Payment Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) unless otherwise stated. The Feminine Frequency reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. Price changes will never affect confirmed bookings. Cancellations Life sometimes changes unexpectedly, and I understand that plans may need to change. Private Sessions • More than 48 hours' notice: Your session may be rescheduled or refunded. • Less than 48 hours' notice: The session is non-refundable. Classes & Workshops Cancellation policies may vary depending on the event. Unless otherwise stated: • More than 7 days before the event: Full refund. • Less than 7 days: No refund. If your place can be filled from a waiting list, I may offer a transfer at my discretion. Retreats Retreat bookings often require significant planning. Deposits are therefore non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Remaining balances follow the cancellation policy described on the individual retreat page. If I need to cancel a retreat, all payments received will be refunded in full. The Feminine Frequency cannot be held responsible for travel expenses, accommodation booked independently, or other costs incurred. Late Arrival Please arrive a few minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrival may disturb the experience of the group. For this reason, entry after the practice has begun may not always be possible. Your Well-being My offerings are invitations—not expectations. Please honour your own body throughout the practice. Rest whenever you need. Modify movements whenever appropriate. Participation is always your own choice. Health Responsibility By participating, you confirm that you are responsible for your own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Please inform me before the session if you: -are pregnant -have recently had surgery -have injuries -have cardiovascular conditions -experience epilepsy -have respiratory conditions -have mental health conditions that may be affected by meditation or breathwork -have any other medical concerns relevant to your participation. -If you are uncertain whether participation is suitable, please consult your healthcare professional before attending. Medical Disclaimer The Feminine Frequency offers complementary wellbeing practices. Kundalini Yoga, meditation, breathwork and sound healing are not medical treatments and are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek guidance from your physician regarding any medical condition. Personal Responsibility You participate entirely at your own responsibility. Please listen to your body and honour your own limits throughout every practice. Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Feminine Frequency and Sofie Raun shall not be liable for injuries, illness, accidents, loss or damage arising from participation in classes, retreats, workshops, online sessions or private appointments, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Online Offerings When participating online, you are responsible for creating a safe environment in your own home. Please ensure you have adequate space and practise on a suitable surface. Intellectual Property All material provided through The Feminine Frequency—including written content, meditations, recordings, videos, teachings, photographs, course materials and digital products—remains the intellectual property of Sofie Raun unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded or shared without prior written permission. Photography & Media Occasionally photographs or short videos may be captured during retreats or events for future marketing. Your privacy is important. If you prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, simply let me know before the event begins, and your wishes will always be respected. Respect for the Community SOFIE RAUN - The Feminine Frequency is built upon kindness, presence and mutual respect. All participants are expected to contribute to a safe and welcoming environment. Behaviour that is disrespectful, disruptive or harmful may result in participation being ended without refund. Force Majeure The Feminine Frequency shall not be held responsible for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, illness, government restrictions, strikes or other unforeseen events. Website Content Every effort is made to ensure that the information provided on this website is accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors may occur, and information may change without prior notice. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Denmark. Changes to These Terms These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.
